I have been in the real estate and finance business since 1984, practicing in several states so I understand relocation, and the different nuances that my customers may experience. Being a first time homebuyer specialist since my beginning, it gives me great pleasure helping folks obtain their dreams. If we communicate and keep all parties informed of each new development, it makes for a much more comfortable experience . I like to find the right program for each specific buyer in every type of situation. I believe in people first. My reputation has been rooted on integrity, knowledge, hard work, and trust. Most of my business is referral based from satisfied customers. They know I am never more than a phone call away and available for any pressing questions as quickly as possible. I believe in using technology and keep myself updated on the industry changes. Knowledge is power and you can never learn enough. My husband and I have raised our family and have been extremely blessed with many grandchildren. They are our shining lights. Involvment in my community and industry business associations has always been a high priority to me. I have received recognition for several of my volunteer positions and have been actively involved in SCAN (Stop Child Abuse Now), Habitat for Humanity, the Special Children’s School, Habitat Restore, MS, Susan G.
